Questions:

1. How/when does it crash? Right at bootup, or later? Any chance you can
get a copy of PalmDebugger (with USB support) from Handspring's web site
and give a stack crawl?

2. Do you have any springboard modules plugged into your device or are you
running this application from a springboard module? This is the biggest
source of compatibility problems, since it is the first time that
databases could be on something other than card 0, the first time that
programs and/or their databases could be in read only memory (well,
except for flash pro), and the first time that a program and its database
could be on different cards.

3. How is your stack usage? I saw one program that didn't work on the
Visor because it was very very close to the maximum stack size.
Applications have slightly less stack space on the Visor because some of
the routines are patched (to provide the extra functionality of the
Visor). As we all know, patching an OS routine takes up a bit of stack
memory, which can push your application over the edge.

Those are the only things I can think of. Unfortunately, there is
currently no support for the Visor in POSE, but it is being worked on and
will be done RealSoonNow(TM).

Let me know if you figure out what the problem is (or even if you don't).
