We've got a piece of code that we use, in a working application, to
detect the presence of a keystroke event during the execution of a
list draw. Basically, all we do is call EvtSysEventAvail in the list
draw callback procedure. This code, compiled with OS 2.0 support a
long time ago, works on all current hardware.

What's weird is that using the 3.5 libraries and any of the current
crop of ROMs with POSE, EvtSysEventAvail never signals the presence
of the keyboard event. Has anyone encountered this problem? Is there
any reason why a keystroke-related event _shouldn't_ be detectable in
the middle of the list redraw?

Thanks.

Steve Mann
