Not a big deal but I was flipping through the docs on the Sound Manager and
saw the list of arguments to SndPlaySystemSound(). I noticed "sndStartUp".
What is this entry intended for? It generates a high pitched short beep
that I don't remember ever hearing from the built-in apps.
Just wondering,
