Many, many moons ago, a sound was played when the Pilot 1000 was reset.  I think it 
only lasted the first production run since it
wasn't very popular.  It was taking out of the reset code and the resource has stayed 
in the ROM ever since.  It could make a nice
alert in an app if you want to use it.
