Well, I'll be submitting my 3rd application sometime soon. The first one
was denied but not much help was given as to why it was denied. The 2nd
one seems to have just dissapeared, I've not gotten any notice about it at
all.
To go through all this just to get access to it, well, it's really a pain;
and I'm in the US! The poor non-US people have even more stuff to deal
with.
