We are nearing the end of our QA cycle on our 3.5 compatible app. We need a working
constructor to do the only part of the app that we have changed - bitmaps and icons.
If there is an older version of the Constructor that would allow us to edit bitmaps,
we would take that. Are there any suggestions on how to edit bitmaps outside of the
constructor. We a desperate. Please help.
