Did I see someone suggest they were able to edit color
bitmaps in Paint and paste them into constructor properly?
... Yep! Jason Simpkins posted in the affirmative back on
07-Feb-2000 that he was able to paste even color images
cut/copied from MSPaint. I wonder if he might elaborate
for the rest of us? How did he setup the color table?
Specify transparency? etc?
