That irritated me a bit too - I made a big effort to get hold of V++5.0
because that was needed for conduit development; now CDK 4.0 is out I've got
to dump 5 and get 6.......grhhh.
I'm not positive but I heard that you can get 5 from MS for a few $ if you
have a
registered version of 6. (Good luck<g>)
