Unable to open header file

What would cause Codewarrior to list this as an error?

"the file 'FloatMgr.h' cannot be opened"

I don't have that file opened by any other application, and I'm not certain
what is causing it.  This error literally seemed to appear "out of the
blue".

Any ideas?
