Ok, I've upgraded Palm Desktop to 3.04, installed MS Ir driver 2.0 on my
Win 95 laptop with built in IR device. Then I've upgraded my Palm III to
OS 3.3, set parameters etc. (all by the book). When I try to do hotsync,
it works well 1st time. When trying again, hotsync slows down as if the
speed is 1200 bps or less (arrows on HotSync Manager are barely moving)
and it never ends. After installing everything again, the same story
happens again (1st time successful, other times slowdown)... I checked
port parameters (Ir device takes virtual comm port) and they were ok.
Is it possible that there is some weird interference with my Nokia 7110 IR
modem driver?
Palm battery was new.
If someone has some ideas, please help, I'm tired of dragging cradle
wherever I go, switching off mouse from (only) comm port, rebooting, etc.
whenever doing hotsync...
