scroll bar and list

hi,

i have a thought that was braught up and now am trying to figure out how to
go about handling it.  you know how the list boxes only use little arrows to
scroll up and down,  has anyone tried implimenting a scroll bar to move the
list up and down?  like the big one with the cursor (that you add
w/constructor)?

ideas and thoughts on doing this are welcome.
