Palm reserves all-lowercase types and creators. Any new types (besides
'appl' and 'panl') that we introduce will be all-lowercase. Developers are
free to use any types with at least one uppercase letter, but you must use
you own registered creator ID. Of course, you can use the type 'appl'; just
be aware that this is what the Launcher uses to identify applications!
