You can already submit free apps. I heard that paid submissions will be starting August.Anyway, since this has become an OT thread (on a dead list), I might as well hijack it. Anyone know any details on when/how devs like up will be able to distribute apps? Will it be free, or will they be stupid like apple and charge a $99 fee?
