What?! Ryan Rix is only 17? I thought I was the only one... :-)

Anyway, since this has become an OT thread (on a dead list), I might
as well hijack it. Anyone know any details on when/how devs like up
will be able to distribute apps? Will it be free, or will they be
stupid like apple and charge a $99 fee?

The only public statement is "in the fall". But they will be putting free apps up now and haven't indicated a charge for that.

We don't know whether there'll be a charge in the future for free or chargeable apps. Since they'll incur a resource cost on evaluating apps for inclusion in the App Catalog it'd make sense to make a small charge submissions, but that's just me extrapolating.
