Please do not compare Palm apps to PC apps. If you ask any interface designer,
the interface for MS Windows is "fair" at best, specifically because of the
redundancy. X Windows is even worse (yes, yes.. many window managers.. but none
of them come close). MacOS on the other hand, rates at least a "good". Why?
Because their developers stick to the interface guideline they set forth.
*Users* don't like "cool". *Users* don't like to figure things out. We're
talking mass market here, not a small niche of extra techie people.
