Actually, I was looking at sysNotifyResetFinishedEvent for the notification
manager, but when I did a soft-reset on the palm, my app didn't execute as
expected. Being that notification registrations disappear after a reset, I
don't see how this event will ever get used, and I'm curious why it's there
at all.
