I was checking against values that I got from debugging code in POSE. The
routine would check the creation date from the .prc and compare it against a
date 30 days hence. If you compiled the .prc on one date and installed it n
days later, then the creation date seems to be the date it was compiled not
the date the .prc was sent to the device. At least in my debugging in POSE
then running on a device it seems so.
