There are benefits.  The Constructor has tons of bug fixes and stability
enhancements (I'm not speaking on personal experience but am told this) and
the docs are improved and the include files let you add a #define so you
don't accidentally use things that are private to the system.  And probably
many such other things that I don't recall.

But you have to deal with the fact that it is prerelease and thus by
definition has bugs.  I'd say install it and use it for development, but do
your official builds with the 3.5 SDK.
