PalmOS 4.0 will have a system pref to let the used choose if they want
INetLib to be connected to the VII's wireless modem or to a device on the
serial port. In the mean time, there isn't a good way to specify this.
In both cases, INetLib is used -- the question is which configuration:
wireless or wireline?
