Hi, Brian... I'm laughing as I say this, but have you checked the

Start there, and read through the responses.
The basic reason for not putting exit buttons or menu items is that Palm
is a single-tasking OS, where applications are ended by switching to
other applications. The "home" button as well as the hard buttons
provide a mechanism for that, while an "exit" choice doesn't provide
user direction as to where the user would exit, since your application
isn't always started by the Launcher.
