Well, we can still buy Palm devices in the shops outside the US, so...
It's not like they don't have offices in the rest of the world.
Palm are very US-centric in many ways, though, and it's very frustrating
for the rest of us (who after all, make up most of the world). Getting
on the Palm developers program, buying hardware, even API calls (who
else has date routines with the parameters in month day year order?),
are all biased towards the US.
