Programaticaly HotSync

Hi friends:

I'm programing a Symbol device, but it comes with a special cradle which
doesn't have the hotsync button.  How can I do a programaticaly hotsync?  If
not, the user have to go to the hotsync application which come as default in
the device, and I don't like it.
