You are masking the problem with this statement. Aaron's point is still well made that you pay the clients first. There is NO purpose of the 80% that they have from our royalties EXCEPT to pay developers. WE do not LOAN that money to PalmGear. They can do what the wish with the 20% but the 80% belongs to DEVELOPERS and NO ONE ELSE. PalmGear looks more like a company that is going under rather than getting better. We keep hearing excuses about how they are upgrading, how the are hiring other outside agencies, etc. If they have this money for these things, why can't they pay developers? For those who may not have heard, PalmGear is 3 months behind in making royalty payments with no promise of a date which they will get caught up. They have not even paid for July yet. IF (and that is a big IF), they had a plan to recover, they would also have a DATE at which they hope to get caught up. My fear is that 1) they don't have a plan 2) if they have a plan they have a date we can't live with or 3) they have a plan and never plan to get caught up.
