It is getting interesting.  My suggestion:

1. Agree to wait indefinitely for the past 3 month due.  
2. Make PalmGear pay as promised for current sales from now.
3. Arrange the fate for that 3 month sale. 

This will stop palmgear from paying old dues with current sales.  If this helps
them getting out of down circle, what can be better than this?
