check the palm-dev-forum archives, it has come up in discussion a
number of times in the past - mainly due to compatibility issues
when rolling out future stuff :)

after digging up in the palm-dev-forum archives its obvious this was
not the forum, however, it has been discussed :) currently, i believe
you should not make assumptions about being able to use API's such
as SysSetTrapAddress() - Palm is really the one to comment on this.
