um.. thats a load of crap.
we used to exclusively *sell* on palmgear - until they screwed us big time and didn't pay (yes, you can ask many developers) - we were screwed extra because we actually went *exclusive*.
I've never had any problems with payments from PalmGear although I did hear there were problems with them in the past.
I do have software listed on PalmGear but I will say that I get 10-15 sales from Handango for each sale generated by PalmGear.
