Palm OS icons should be 22x22 and 44x44 (for single and double density), and its best if you stick with the 216 web safe colors, as that's the standard 8-bit color palette on the devices. Most devices support 16-bit color, but they run most of the apps in 8-bit mode to make the system faster.
