get my app to work on Palm Treo 650. What is the equivalent Simulator to
that?
The Palm OS Garnet ( 5.x) Simulator, or better, the Treo 650 Simulator from PalmOne PluggedIn program (I think there's one). But you get that from PalmOne... er, Palm Inc. (hate those name changes) and not PalmSource.
