Hi I am experiencing difficulties with downgrading glibc from 2.12.1-r2 to 2.11.2-r3 on Gentoo. The reason for this is my system (2.6.36 kernel) refuses to boot with 2.12.1-r2.
I reloaded using LiveCD, downloaded tinderbox-created 2.11.2-r3.tbz2, unpacked
it over and managed to boot fine.
Now I am trying to downgrade glibc more or less "legally" using paludis/cave.
It builds fine, but fails while merging with:

Some help?
