A rule is missing for the case where an Algorithm AVP is contained in PAR sent from PAA but PaC does not support the algorithms indicated in the AVP.
I think it should be treated as an invalid message.
Suggestion: Add the following item in Section 5.5:
"
o When an Alorithm AVP is included, the algorithms indicated in the AVP
value
is supported.
"
