OK Danny I will only be on site tomorrow again, and try to see if I can get it cool again. Lets hope it is something easy. We don't have auto-shutdown on all racks partly because we can't bring it back remotely and partly because the temperature box is not in the power control loop. The ideal situation would turn off everything but a core of absolute necessities (paper1, the switch, and the nti box are my first choices). We'll look at our heat budget and try to come up with a 90% shutdown solution. If you can turn on the three things I mentioned, we'll be able to monitor the temperatures remotely. We still did not find the problem on the cooling units. I will attempt to re-gas this unit tomorrow when I have the required gauges and stuff, and hopefully it will run for a while. This might be risky, because our staff will be away for most of the time between 24th Des and 5th Jan, and now that we know this unit is not 100%. Is it possible to implement an auto shutdown of all rack when air temp reach a certain value? This work pretty well on one of our other containers. Let’s see how things go tomorrow, and I will keep you up to date on my progress and findings.
