So the two major changes introduced between 64 and 128 are:
1) some antenna numbers in the range 63-127 got rcvr-antenna cables which
are not exactly 150m (500ns)
2) rcvr-adc cables were lengthened from ~3m (7ns) to 50m (60.5ns)

But we see a ripple of 150ns, right in between 121 and 181.5. What if we
add on the distance from the container bulkhead to the adcs? How long are
those cables?
