Mandy, Duane was not yelling, he was just emphasizing a couple of key words, and concepts.
Not all email programs interpret bold or other enhanced text, but capitalized words are universal. No one here yells(it is more of a chat room term), and if you have read alot of the posts as you have said you have, you will have seen none of us yell, we might disagree.
