I just updated my work machine to vista to catch up with the rest of the
office. To me (who's become used to it), it's really no different from xp -
except that it uses a lot more resources. I'm lucky enough though, to be
the IT Tech here at work and have a fast enough machine to handle it.

I'm also a beta tester for MS, and have Windows 7 sitting on my desktop
ready for installation. But not on the work laptop... If my machine crashed,
it would take me ages to get it back on line... but I don't think the guys
would like waiting for their wages... :) Let alone the accountant waiting
on the financials!

I've installed Vista the other day on request by my uncle... Needles
to say, I won't be installing Vista again.... A friend of mine is
still running win2k. She says she hates XP look...:-> I'm glad I
missed 2k, I went from 3.0 to 3.11EE , jumped to NT 4.0 WS and jumped
again directly to XP.. I miss simplicity of win 3.x, I mean it's
simplicity to configure via .ini files and by batch scripts...

Cheers,

Bostjan
