Fiskars Micro-tip Soft Touch scissors seem to work good for left handed folks. I got my father a pair because he is always commenting (yeah, that's the ticket) on how difficult it is to use scissors made for right handed people. The Fiskars have straight handles so big thumbs and fingers won't get stuck. I use the same kind of scissors sometimes too and like them a lot.
