Paul,

Didn't you get a chin strap? How else are you supposed to keep things from
flying in your mouth and making a home?

I used a chin strap for the first couple of months when I changed over to a
nose plug system made by Mirage, called "Swift". The one I first used was a big
plastic boxy rig and was uncomfortable as hell. This one is made out of
silicone rubber, has a well thought out head strap system, and weighs next to
nothing

In a pinch you might substitute the chin strap, and get away by using one of
those head/sweat band thingy's.

If you start grinding your teeth with all that on, get a football/boxing mouth
guard.

A side benefit, I found when using the nose pillows, is that the sinuses stay
open when I have a cold. (like right now)

Mandy,

I don't know what the climate is like where you live, but your hubby may also
want to consider getting the humidifier option for the CPAP so that the air, he
breathes won't dry out his sinuses.

When that happens, you have sneezing fits that just will not stop. Also a
tendency to get nosebleeds.

I almost wrote "bloody nose". Everybody has a bloody nose. It's more of a
bloody nose when it won't stop bleeding.

Duane
