Kind of what I figured would happen 
With a smaller model I may be willing to play with all the parts but I am not 
real knowledgeable with the software. 

Hmmm I wonder if the printer at work or the plotter could do it in A4

I do not want to fight it to build it!

You'll more than likely have to move the parts onto the page to get them to fit 
properly. You can use the arrow to drag a box around all the parts from a 
particular page then center them on each letter size page. Pep won't refit them 
when changing paper size unfortunately.
