Solved (for me, anyway) the "Perforation" problem: don't use it. Instead, choose the smallest of the dashed line sizes for the fold lines, and cut it instead. Drawing in Illustrator, I set one point "dashes" and 3 point gaps, and it's barely visible. -- *Mike Hungerford* http://www.chthulhu.com/
