Yes, I was able to duplicate it, but strangely it did not affect the
execution.
I have checked in this line:
fakeargv[0] = savepv(SvPV_nolen(GvSV(tmpgv))); /* restore argv[0] */
right after the problematic "SvSETMAGIC(GvSV(tmpgv));", and it seems to
make the error go away. Would you give it a try?
