Is the omission of pressing/releasing the Ctrl key in your procedure an oversight or intentional? Also, can you try with Sphere source -- exactly how I described. If that works and something else doesn't, at least we'll have a starting point. Right now, I have not been able to reproduce the Ctrl key problem (the steps you describe of course fail since I never press the Ctrl key), nor has anyone who responded to this thread (let's ignore the 'call not supported' problem, that's a separate one and I will track that down).
