Hello Andrew, Thanks for your response. I tried the Threshold filter for my data (attached behind), I still cannot figure out how to choose points using coordinates. In the Properties tab of Threshold filter, I can only use diameter to specify the data range. Coordinate is not an option in the drop down list (see picture below).
