It's mainly a question of the two of you contacting pmichaud and moritz and
figuring out how you want to proceed (e.g., chat? Skype? frequency of contact?)
At YAPC we learned that we have a number of contributors who hang out in both
channels and often participate (or, perhaps, lurk) in each project's weekly
online meeting. Those contributors have volunteered to give us informal
feedback on how the two projects are doing with respect to each other.

My understanding was that pmichaud and moritz would know that we're available
and will grab our attention when there's an issue that needs it. I asked
pmichuad and he also saw the role primarily as an escalation mechanism.
Additionally, he also said that he anticipates the role being used for
high-level coordination between the projects and for long-term strategic
planning. If nothing else, the probably means that we'll be working together
pretty closely during the Parrot/6model and Lorito transitions. This is
larger than I thought the role was, but I'm happy with it now that I know the
expectations.
