I found the package in gentoo and currently rebuilding livecd with valgrind.
Tell me please how it works ?
I must run gparted from within Terminal with some options ???

Great! That should tell us precisely where it's crashing.
If you can arrange to run it under valgrind, it may even
show where the heap is first being corrupted.
