I took up your suggestion and tried Dreamhost, However I was only able to get 1.12Mb/s down, 0.18Mb/s up.. I was hoping for a little more, to stream online video.
Any more suggestions? If you choose to use Dreamhost and you are going overseas, you should submit a support ticket ahead of your trip telling them to white list your account.
