Offsite - I use Mozy - 6 bucks a month for unlimited backups - they're owned
by EMC. (I have about a TB with them. Initial upload took about 2 months on
1MB upstream). (Why people cheap out on this is beyond me...)

Also: They let you specify your own private AES key for encrypting that data
that only you know, so nobody at their site has access to your data.

Onsite - Time Machine to a big external drive.

Except for a case of theft / weather / house burn down, I'd be restoring
from Time Machine.
