We've been using LANDesk for about 8 years now and we love it. At the beginning we had major issues with the database and other deployment issues, but now we know that most of our deployment problems were due to lack of product knowledge. As we learned the product and acquired more experience with the product, we were able to take advantage of its advanced features like "custom vulnerabilities".

LANDesk < Unfortunately yes Have had some major issues with it. Type of issues where you reinstalling agent and rebooting 100's of PC's When it works it works great, problem is every service pack seems to break as much as it fixes. Not what they use to be, but the company has changed hands a couple of times over the past few years.
