A former co-worker of mine took this class and as someone who had no
experience found it valuable and was able to pass the corresponding
certification exam.

You usually get about an hour of free training and can hopefully
better determine if this class is appropriate for you.

Security 301: Intro to Information Security with Fred Kerby. Does
anyone have anything good (or bad) to say about this course? Having no
formal training in security, I think it would be a great way to get my
feet wet and get some experience under my belt. Do you think it's
worth the $3500 price tag?
