I think this has been suggested before.
Currently, power capabilities are captured via device certification (e.g.,
"device type" in the US, combinations of "device type", "emissions class",
"technology ID" for ETSI),
so the available spectrum response must rely on those regulatory-specific
attributes, rather than a separate power-level field.

The PAWS specification does allow additional fields to be added later, so
this might be a case of waiting for an actual use case.

That sounds like a good idea. I'll add an example along with more
explanation for the examples.
