Hello, I have installed the software for my Xm Pcr successfully on two machines, one running XP home and the other running 98 S E.
However, when I attempt to install it on my HP 4150 laptop which is running 98 S E and has 256 megs of ram, I first get the message "unable to initialize com port; please try again." Then when I click retry, I get a message something like: "unable to initialize radio; be sure the radio is turned on and the antenna has a good signal." I continue to get this message when I again click retry. Has anyone on this list encountered this problem? If so, what is the fix, if any? Thanks for ideas.
