You could, as another correspondent has already suggested use a CDR,
but what a lot of mucking about in hyperspace!.

But, Audible doesn't have an option To burn MP3 disks. It only allows
you to
burn regular audio Cds, and a 20 hour book takes  a lot of those,

me.
